Really welcoming staff. Vincent was a pleasure to meet. He was really helpful and explained all details quickly. Storage space was clean and I appreciate that they use peppermint to keep pests away, vs chemicals. Would recommend to anyone.

Shout out to Vincent at Vacaville Self Storage, this guy was an all-star! Helped me with all the in's and out's (this being my first time), was extremely friendly and over the 6 months that I went in and out, always said hey and made conversation. Made for a welcoming atmosphere and enjoyable visit as I frequently had to stop in to find things in the unit while I was waiting to finalize my move.

My experience with Storelocal was great. Really the entire staff was great to work with but I have to say, Vincent was amazing to work with. He was easy to communicate with and helped to make the process seamless. The units are clean and safe. Would recommend.

I can't say enough about the EXCELLENT service we received. The manager Michelle and her staff were so accommodating, friendly and professional. The the facility is immaculant and well organized. I'm a picky person and this was no doubt the best experience I've ever had. They make you feel like family, and truly deserve more than a 5 Star! If I could give them 10 STAR, I would!!! My belongings were kept clean and safe! Thank you so much for the GREAT SERVICE and SMILES!
