I have seen and talked to many employees from this company, and believe me, some are very good people who are professional and deal with situations in a respectful manner, and those people are aces in my book, however this review is for the company as a whole, and the way they deal with the staff that aren't professional and even the reason why guards are needed in the first place, changes everything. I witnessed one guard not only refusing to help a woman in need because they were "afraid" (I ended up escorting the poor lady), but same guard pulled out his pepper spray and threatened to "kick my a!!!" Now its all on tape and that is going to be resolved, but since the company did not have another employee on staff, they are not able to replace him until tomorrow! Ridiculous ! The only time I have felt I could use help from a security guard happened when the threat IS the guard!
