I cannot say enough to express the value of Mr. Musial's expertise as a piano technician. I am the Managing Artistic Director of a Solano County music education and performing arts organization, and a piano educator for over 35 years. Whether he is tuning, regulating, or fixing a piano, Micheal has the experience and artistic understanding to ensure our pianos produce the best sound possible. It does not necessarily take a expert or artist to tune and regulate a newer piano. But older pianos with their history of ailments and limitations can be a real challenge. As a teacher of advancing students, the quality of development as a pianist is dependent upon the their ability to listen to the sounds they are creating and make adjustments that express the music with conviction and intention. If the piano can't produce the correct sounds and then execute the intended technique it is a worthless tool for the pianist. Michael turns nearly worthless pianos into tools that help young people pursue their potential. He is gracious, professional, knowledgable, and fairly priced.

We've used Musial's piano service to tune our pianos at Live Music Center for years. He does good work, is reliable, and has very reasonable rates. Highly recommended.
