1/2017 We have had an absolutely TERRIBLE experience with Lozano tile remodeling our kitchen island. It was a very small job, maybe that was part of the problem I don't know. We have a damaged floor and refrigerator because during the demo they put nothing down for protection. Every time they came to work they disappeared and never came back after claiming to be doing a "Home Depot run." Every day we waited after receiving text messages saying "be there in 10" or "on my way" or "be there first thing in the morning." When we called our phone calls weren't answered. We had a party planned here last night that they knew about the week before (the project was supposed to be complete 1/12) and PROMISED that our kitchen would be done. We cancelled the party. Someone who's profession is remodeling kitchens never had the right tools to complete the job, wrong bits for drilling holes (still not done), wood puddy, etc. We tried to stay local and hoped to be able to recommend them to some of our friends and family. I hope this steers everyone very clear of doing business with them. Business 101: be honest, explain the details, answer your phone. 2/2017 Update on our Lozano Interiors and Stone LLC experience. I was looking forward to posting an update that Lozano has graciously resolved all of our issues, including refunding every penny we paid them. I met with the business owner a few weeks back and she was incredibly apologetic and wanted to do everything she could to make the situation right. I was grateful and expressed my appreciation. I was shocked they agreed to all of this, all they wanted was to keep the granite. I am saddened to report that the day before the demo was to take place she informed me that the refund would only be issued IF I signed a complete release of liability (which as she was saying it I somewhat understood-they don't want us to come back and sue them for anything else) AND for me to remove my social media posts about her company. The best part is they wanted to meet 3 days AFTER they had demoed and taken the $1600 worth of granite to give me my refund check IF the social media posts were removed. Now the company is saying I am harassing them, slandering their business, and is going to contact the local PD. Heads up-following up on project completion, confirmation of times, and the how the payment will be refunded is called ACCOUNTABILITY not harassment. Lozano is operating with an expired contractors license. We are taking all the necessary steps with the state board, the bond company who insures Lozano, and the local DAs office. I will not allow myself to be one of their silent victims.

Lozano has been a nightmare for my elderly mother. She paid the entire sum upfront, and did not get a timetable for completion. Fast forward a few months later and the project is incomplete, with my mom's kitchen completely tore up. This company has been unprofessional from the beginning. We will be looking into taking Lozano to court for a refund and looking into possible charges of elder fraud/abuse. Stay far, far away.
