Worst customer service ever. Ive been a customer for many years. Always serviced my vehicle here because customer service was always great. However, today was the complete opposite. I scheduled an appointment for 9:30 am. I dropped off my vehicle at 9 and came back at 12. When I arrived I was handed my keys and was told So your vehicle didnt get serviced and now everyone left for lunch, would you like to schedule another appointment? They mustve lost their mind. What type of service is this ? A complete waste of my time. Sadly I wont be servicing my car here anymore since they cant take customers serious and simply waste their time.

The best customer service location for my Honda. I will no longer go to Fairfield. EVERYONE was very helpful on the phone and then was told to come in to have a minor issue checked. They took me right away. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service. You just won over a new Honda driver.

Just bought a 24 CRV hybrid sport L and Brian was more than helpful with purchasing the new car. The reason for four stars and not five the APR rate was a little high and I'm pretty sure I could have been given lower than 5.9

Don't bring your car in for an oil change in this dealership they will dent your car up and made a claim against them and they will refuse to fix or take responsibility so much for being a loyal customer
