Comes across as a nice person on first impression. However, he is very unreliable and blames everyone else for his lack of project management skills.

PROCEED WITH CAUTION! We recently hired Trevor in Dec 2018 to get a bunch of different projects around a fixer upper we purchased. At first everything was going alright with lil hiccups here and there, ... fast forward two months later, he apparently hadn’t been paying his workers even though we had been paying him way ahead of what we agreed as pay schedule. He would mismanage the money and throw a fit about not having any money. Not withstanding the few hiccups we experienced with the first peoject, we still gave him another major project in an accessory structure on our property. We believe in second chances and he assured us that he would do better and he would bring him more experienced members of his team to take on the new project. Trevor also didn’t pay his new set of workers and they got frustrated and stopped working. As of today, we have paid Trevor for work he hasn’t completed yet. This week, he stopped showing up after we made an install and he’s been lying to his workers that we aren’t paying. We Still have unfinished projects around our property 😡😡😡 He has stopped picking up his phones. The last time we spoke to him on Monday, he said he was in court. Guess what Trevor, if you don’t finish the work we have paid you for, you will be spending a lot of time in court. His workers were actually quite nice and would show up until most of them got tired of working for free. Trevor’s management skills is zero and he is very unprofessional. He’s definitely skilled but it takes more than skill to get projects done. I’m writing this review so that other innocent families will not fall victim. If you must proceed, PROCEED WITH LOTS OF CAUTION and perhaps give him small jobs.

Trevor and Shaleen are really nice people. They did a great job on my fence post. The post that my gate latched to rotted out and fell over in the winds a few days ago. I called several places to fix it, and everyone was booked for the following 2 weeks. I called Trevor's Handyman Services and he came out right away, gave me a quote that I agreed with and could afford, and I hired him. He came out later that afternoon and replaced my gate post. They cleaned up, there isn't any cement on my walkway or house, and it looks REALLY GOOD! Thank you both (and Buddie) for a wonderful job. I will definitely call the next time I have something I can't do easily on my own!
