    This company is managed by a few girls who all ganged up on my family once the "manager" Miranda influenced this behavior. Go read their bios that will explain in further detail the immaturity of the staff at this company. Just to name a couple issues we came across in which we became penalized for in the end: 1. After 3 requests & confirmations that my credit card no longer be processed until we decide if we are going to continue lessons (due to my daughter being ill) they STILL charged my card again and again. 2.One week after we showed up to our scheduled class and not one person was on site. We called Miranda she apologized and said she "tried" to contact everyone but must have missed me. 4. On the next week we were greeted not with a smile or a hello but with Adrianna rushing over to us and saying “we don’t have you on the schedule today” I told her I had a text confirmation she then came back and said “oh ok you’re fine” 3. The next week we meet with another instructor (we were told we can be scheduled with Megan which is the only reason we continued to come to lessons. She is the ONLY one who actually knows and cares about what she is doing) I advised the new instructor that we were told by Megan the week before our daughter would be under review for graduating to the next level today (we invited her grandparents and uncle to watch just in case she made the leap) and to keep this short: the instructor did not take the initiative to give me the proper guidance. After our lesson I asked & she referred me to Adrianna, I tell Adrianna and she then refers me to Miranda (the one with the chip on her shoulder by now) Miranda told me she does know if my daughter could graduate she also said that if she does she would need to go to a different schedule and she told me its $6 to get a new cap. INSTEAD of: Finding out if my BABY (were talking about a 7 month old these girls are not caring about) could move to the next level by communicating with her instructors and asking a few simple questions. By offering congratulations or a “maybe next week” . Instead Miranda continued to tell me “she is the boss and what she says goes” wanted to continue aggravating my husband and I in front of all of those who were there, who knew nothing about the way we have been treated for weeks now. We told her we couldn’t decide on a schedule at the moment and I kept repeating myself for about another few minutes until we tried to leave but Miranda followed us and continue to try and upset us more with pressuring us to schedule. Which she did a great job ruining our precious moment with our daughter. This person has no business working with people. I am truly disgusted. She was rude and inconsiderate and due to her mistakes above (lack of detail and efficiency) she took out her aggressions on us. She should be ashamed of herself along with those associates who were unprofessional. In conclusion, we are new parents who wanted to start our baby in swim for so many great reasons and were hoping to get the help/care/communication we needed from this swim organization but they failed us and failed my daughter. I would NOT recommend this company. However, we are excited to begin new classes this week with a new company!
