The great people at Mesa Properties are so quick to respond and made finding a place to live a lot more pleasant in such a competitive time. I moved from out of state and everyone I worked with at Mesa where on point to make sure that when I arrived my rental was ready and the transition was seamless!

Update to my review on 07.09.2021 (see it below) with three months into our lease, I felt its only befitting to update my last review. Going into the fourth month, we’ve not heard “hide nor hair” from the Mesa Properties Team. I suspect some would view this comment as less than favorable, not here, its more so a testament to quality of the Mesa Property folks. They rock! Over the past few months, we’ve submitted maintenance request which were quickly and efficiently addressed, with the repairs being completed in a timely and satisfactory manner, with out a need to follow up.
As I alluded to in my earlier review, this team has the property management business “down pat and to a T.”
Rustin and the rest of the team are consummate professionals, who are responsive and reliable. From the start of the leasing process, to three months later, they remain true to their word offering services beyond reproach.
