These people disrespectful and they dont know what they doing I have an appointment with them They keep me waiting because no more people in customer service When I ask to update my info on the system They called customer support too many time and keep make everything hard to dont continue because they have a lot of customer All I did today waisted 2 hours in this bad branch.

Teller got mad cus i didnt have my debit card too withdraw money,so i used my i.d.,and he started giving attitude so i started giving attitude u wamt respect u have too give respect.

Service was terrible ,7 tellers and two only open inside with a line that wrapped around the bank . The teller was rude and disturbing that she gave her option to me to bank with someone else if I didn't want to pay a 7 plus fee for cashing a work check that is there's ,that is what greed in business is called " Money in the Bank " no love in service for our people because with your money in there hand s there is no BANK job , period. Like a freeway should be free ,and not fine or charge for toll roads ,
