      image We reached out to Pacific West in July because my family’s home AC wasn’t cooling. He responded within the hour and was able to check out the problem the very next day. He was punctual and very knowledgeable. He fixed our problem that same day and we haven’t had a problem since! Saved from the summer heat by Pacific West! Thank you.

      image I had company repair the a/c in a rental property today. Workmanship was great. Professionalism was great. Most importantly the customer service I had was exceptional. After a minor disagreement the technician went above and beyond and took it upon himself to correct the problem. Great job!
