I do NOT recommend this company. We had a terrible experience and to top it off when we called the guy in charge Scott he did not call us back or even apologize when told via text what was wrong. The girl cleaning the living room and bedrooms did not even seem to know what she was doing. She spot cleaned and didn’t move a thing. When cleaning the kitchen she didn’t move anything and was shocked when I asked for her to clean the stove top. Then questioned why I wanted the floors done too. Me and my family had to move the throw rug and table and chairs into living room so they could sweep and mop. I had to ask her to dust the second and third shelf on a piece of furniture. She didn’t even clean the sink in the bathroom or the kitchen. We had to basically clean the living room and bedrooms again. We didn’t even ask for much just to make the home clean for family coming in for a funeral. Now the one girl doing the master bath spent time and did well however for the two hours she spent in there the other girl did a terrible job with the rest of the home. Missed furniture completely too. We are completely unsatisfied and asked for at least half the money back. We had to do cleaning ourself and still paid them $200. I do not recommend using this company. When management won’t even call you back and apologize or offer something. Even a re-clean (not that we want that) or refund of some sort than they don’t have my respect as a professional. Service: Standard clean

I never experience a company as worst as Marathon Maids. I was able to confirm an appointment on a Friday July 10, 2020 for a Saturday service for cleaning a rental RV. I talked to John and mentioned that I needed this service so it was confirmed so the following the day July 11, I called him again just to make sure that everything is set for a 3 p.m. appointment. So on our way to the location of the service that Marathon Maids confirmed, the company(John) called to cancel the service that they about to perform due to their insurance not covering it. We did confirm it multiple times but never did John mention about insurance until the last minute. We almost lost our rental and ruin our two weeks vacation on a RV due to unprofessional business conducted by Marathon Maids! Based on my experience this company is run poorly with a horrible customer service.
