        My dentist is in this building, and his offices are great with lots of big windows, and nice paint and carpet. Parking has been plentiful.

        Day 2 after our move in, the sewer backed up and flooded our downstairs and also flooded our next door neighbor. I immediately went to the leasing office and reported it to management. They assured me the flooring was waterproof and not to worry, they did not send a maintenance person to help me. Last year the flooding happened a second time to us as well as next door neighbor. maintenance informed us the plumbing was not installed correctly and that the blockage was found out in the street near main sewer. After having a clean slate with Lewis Properties at least 9 We were charged 3000.00 after move out after we were told we were getting $1000 back!! This is disgusting treatment! Im elderly and the whole time there had horrible coughing most likely due to bacteria in the walls and under the flooring! The manager Viviana was very rude and ignorant.
