        Horrible experience. After a day at universal my friends and I decided to give this place a chance, bad idea. No hostess to seat us so we ended up seating ourselves after a few min of standing near the bar. They were out of tri tip. We placed our order along with the nacho appetizer with beans and jalapenos on the side. Just about an hour after we ordered the nachos came out, wrong. Then the server with a bad attitude took them away. 10 min after that our food came out, wrong. They apparently ran out of baked potatoes and took it upon themselves to decide what we wanted instead. Again the rude server didn't care and tried to argue. Will never return. It is my hope this place goes away, waste of time.

        Horrible ... slow service ... ordered my steak medium ... it came well done ... ordered their cookie for dessert .. sorry we are out .... drunk people at the bar F this ... F that .... and I'm with my 10yr old daughter ... the manager needs to be let go !!! Time for a change here .... DONT GO!!
