One of the worst nail salons I have ever been to and I've been to many. The salon is quite old along with old seatings with leather ripping and chairs not working. The employees are rude with so much attitude asking questions that are not even relevant to nails. 15$ to take off my nails. No cutting the nails, shaping, fixing my cuticles. 15$ is way overpriced! Never coming back.

Went in for a Mani Pedi with a friend - came out great. Good price, clean and friendly staff. Would visit again.

Did a wonderful job! Even after I broke a nail 20 minutes after getting them done (totally unrelated )

To begin, I have been going here since I moved to California with very few breaks in between. The results have been mixed. I think they're very good at a few things: one color applications and deluxe pedicure. However if you want anything beyond a single color application look elsewhere. Usually I try to get a design done - at this point I'm pretty sure it's a joke. I say design and it feels like there's a collective sigh. One they don't have many elements needed to create designs, but even their line work is questionable. There's just not much effort there tbh. The time before this I was told to bring in stickers to achieve the look I want (tf?) and I did. I told the lady (who by now had already filed into my skin so deeply I bled the length of my nail) that these didn't need water. She ignored me and dipped them in any way arguing they needed it. So she ruined product I brought in. I showed them I wasn't crazy and that you could literally peel it and they applied the ruined ones to my nails even though I said they were ruined. She was literally laughing. And then when she saw I was pissed she had the nerve to blame me! Trying to gaslight me into thinking that I hadn't told her. So I've decided to stop going to them for designs. That's fine, if I want something fancy I'll go elsewhere. Today however all I was looking for was a French manicure. This isn't a difficult task, but I brought in a reference photo anyway featuring almond nails. My nail tech (who I like as a person, nice lady) expressed that she thought my nails were too short. They're the size of the reference photo but whatever she is the expert. I said that's fine - I'm taking engagement pictures and I would rather them be round and pretty than try to force it. She makes my nails into almond shape anyway - ignoring what I said. okay. The pink color which is the base shows through to my nail below and is not really sparkly as she suggested. All that would be fine except she's left traces of my other nail polish so if you zoom in it looks like I have dirt inside my nails. The white tips are also extremely thick. I was really hoping, just this once, knowing that I was taking engagement pictures, that they would have been more careful. This was a really important event and now I don't have time to get them redone elsewhere. At this point, as much as I think the ladies there are nice people, I think I'm going to have to search for a different place.
