I got one of their birthday bestseller "Teleflora's Sapphire Sky" bouquet. (Price :$50+ ) Three of the four white lilies on the bouquet were buds when it arrived and I was waiting for it to bloom. In three days the lilies were still buds when the roses and Carnations started to shrivel away!
I reached out to the shop to let them know, so that they can take care of it in the future. I got a lesson on how buds bloom and how it is not their problem.
Such a shame :( I'm sure it'd have been pretty if the lilies had bloomed.
I will not buy from here again. I like my flowers in bloom!! Especially the lilies
