This company did excellent work for us during our mold remediation process. They were always professional and compiled detailed reports about our mold levels, both pre and post remediation. One day when the city was at a virtual standstill due to snow, they came through and showed up to take some important air samples. As they say, that speaks volumes.

I have put a lot of thought into this recommendation for this company. If it were not for this company and its owner, I know for certain that the experience would have been extremely difficult to deal with. I was away when my nephews stopped by to check on the house. They walked into darkness, no electricity and water everywhere on the first floor and basement due to a burst pipe under the kitchen sink. The owner was out to the house the very next morning with equipment to begin the water removal and drying out of all the wet surfaces both upstairs and down. They then proceeded to remove all the damaged flooring for the replacement process. Now, just a little more than two weeks later, my house is prepped and ready for replacement/repairs to begin so that I may move back into my home as soon as it is habitable. He and his staff made the entire process as painless as possible while keeping me well informed and up to date as to what was being done. He was also just a phone call away when I had questions or needed further explanations as to what was going on. No matter how much I express my appreciation, it will never come remotely close to what he/they deserve and have earned. I cannot begin to express my appreciation for what the owner and his staff did to make this as painless a process as would be expected under the circumstances. Whether navigating through who to choose for contractors or dealing with the insurance company, there was nothing more I could have asked from a friend, never mind a restoration specialist who had never met me before. I highly recommend him and his staff for your restoration needs. Thank you from the bottom of my hear for treating me as a friend/family and not just another customer.

I am a property manager of 6 buildings and this company replaced one of my water heaters. They were on top of things, gave a reasonable price. Took the time to explain the process so I could inform my residents. Super professional, super courteous. I appreciated all the work they did. So of course they were the first ones I called when another water heater went out in one of my other buildings. They are quick to respond and extremely informative. I highly recommend!
