Took my payment and never sent me my order. Emailed them 4 times and called, haven't gotten a response and its been 4 weeks.
**Update: they finally emailed me saying they were sorry for the inconvenience they caused and did refund me. They wanted me to know that they have inventory up again and would be happy to process my order. It did take 6-7 weeks from my initial order to get this email from them. I'm glad that they made it right and refunded me my money.

Great customer service and fast delivery. They recently emailed me mentioning how they fixed the previous problems they had. I placed an order and it arrived with great packaging. Will definitely order here again.

I ordered Dwarf White Isopods and Springtails bundle and they emailed me shortly after I placed my order and let me know they were running late on fulfilling orders and asked if I want a refund since it will take a while to fulfill it. I received a full refund but their communication was really appreciated. I'd ordered about a year ago and loved the powder orange isopods (they're actually like completely orange) so I was pretty upset I was unable to get my new order on time. I will probably reorder in the future if they fix their fulfillment issue.
