Backyard Patio Covers and Awning

We had a great experience with Backyard Pario Covers. We planned to install an aluminum wood-look patio cover as part of a whole yard redo, but were having issues getting responses from other companies. I called Backyard Patio Covers and spoke with Tomas. He took a lot of time on the phone explaining different options and how we can meet my HOA’s very specific requirements. We scheduled an in person appointment and Tomas arrived on time with samples. We selected the solid, non-insulated cover. Once we signed the contract and made a material deposit, Tomas kept in touch with us while we waited for the materials to become available. He then coordinated with our contractor to put the cover in according to the overall project timeline. On the instal day, Tomas and his helper arrived on time, worked quickly and neatly, and kept me informed of the progress. We are thrilled with the final product and can’t recommend them enough.

Hands down best place to call for your patio cover. I tried getting a quote from 3-4 places to do my due diligence, Tom was the only one that came in person immediately to evaluate and discuss our ideas whereas the others refused to come out and gave a way more expensive quote over the phone. Although there was only a handful of reviews and a minimal website of his company to base our decision off of- after meeting with him the first time, we knew this was our guy! Transparent, reliable and simple. They installed on the exact day they predicted based off getting materials and did it in 5 hours. We were shocked! It looks far superior than we expected it to. Tom and his crew were so nice and worked so well together. They are a master of their craft and I would recommend them to EVERYONE! This is your guy and is better priced than all others, easiest decision!

From beginning quote to end results, backyard patio covers exceeded my expectations! We were indecisive on either this material or wood. We are glad we chose this option!!! Thomas offered options and was very patient with us. The patio cover was up in a few hours. They worked very clean and professional the entire time.
