No way to call and speak with a human. They are good at reaching out, but if you are someone who cannot immediately pick up the phone, you are at a real disadvantage with this company. Super frustrating. I really like the staff here. My experience has been positive almost 100%. BUT there aren't any ways to reach their staff. Everything is automated which I actually love EXCEPT when I actually need a person to help. I'm trying to get my CPAP supplies sent but my insurance has changed. They keep calling but never leave anything except an automated phone number. Would be 5 stars if this wasn't the case.

#1 They never answer there phone ever. When you leave them an email they never return your call. #2 they brought my dad a hospital bed that had a hand crank to make it go up and down with old old metal springs. The bed was as old as a bed from M.A.S.H 4077. RIDICULOUS MY DAD NEVER SLEPT ON THIS TORTURE DEVICE. ON TOP OF THAT THEY WERE BILLING HIM $65 A MONTH.
