I have had insurance with Scott for over 20 years, and he is not only a first-rate professional, but he is willing to go above and beyond what is required. He has answered questions about insurance in areas where I did not have a policy with him. He just wants to make sure I have the best coverage possible for my circumstances.

Google says they are open till 5 :30pm. I arrived at the location at 4:40pm and were closed. I called and the machine did not mention their hours. I checked the doors and windows and there's no sign they went on lunch or break. I'm here trying to get insurance after work at my closest location. Now, I must rush out during this 5 o' clock traffic to next nearest location. Thanks you guys. I learned my lesson to ALWAYS call before arriving to a new location.

11 years ago I used Scott Shipley to buy an Anthem health insurance policy.Since that time I have not spoken to him once, yet he now claims that when I wanted to use a friend of mine as my insurance agent and give them the now low commission of 1% of my premiums he claimed in a response to her: "it is costly to obtain and retain policies" as his reason for not transferring my policy.However, before that when I spoke to his  wife she told me specifically that their agency often ask other agents to release their clients from their old agents so they can represent them.So, for them to now claim it is costly to obtain and retain policies when they have done absolutely nothing in the past 11 years except cash a grandfathered commission check of 10% of my premium is beyond hypocritical.They did barely anything to obtain my policy and they have done  absolutely nothing to maintain it.  Scott Shipley is simply a greedy insurance agent that gives all insurance agents a bad name. I would highly recommend using someone more ethical for your insurance needs.
