VONS

Very bad customer service. The lady at the cashier snapped at me because I asked her to repeat the subtotal amount. Also seems like there are no employees here. No one to be found except for cashier.

I've worked at Vons for years and the quality, customer care, and friendliness is so horrid. Expired foods for sale without being checked. small cramped store with hardly any employees to be found in outside departments. Baker's quality is low and leaves items in oven too long. easy to find rotten produce is abundant.

I love this market great customer service with many people from the local area and great staff who pay attention to your needs and are very kind and helpful

For $1.99 breakfast burrito, I did not know it comes with a mold taste. Shame on the Deli Department. Mr Anderson it appears that the breakfast potatoes were clearly yesterdays. Yuck!!!! I rate my customer experience a D- because the price is really good but the burrito became nasty as I reached the moldy potatoes that I know were blended with a more recent batch of potatoes. Also later the cashier was too busy catching up on gossip with a usual customer than zeroing in on me right away when it was already my turn. She did not greet me but I did greet her. Something is wrong at this Vons. Smh, a year ago there were bad complaints.
