My wife was terribly sick and inspite of being an existing patient, he/his office decides to not see her on the day she was sick.

I'm not one to write a review but honestly enough weird stuff happened in one visit that it is necessary. I went in for some basic referrals and things got weird. I told him I think I might be depressed and anxious and would like to go to a therapist he asked why I thought that and then quickly prescribed me a drug, ignored my protests and saying I would like to see a therapist before I start any drugs. They ended up denying my request to see a therapist but when I called my insurance company they said I don't even need a referral. Also, he made claims that the medication could fix other issues I was having with my digestion and headaches - which I can't find any proof of. Then, I told him my mother was a drug addict, was before I was born and after and ended up dying because of drug use. He looked at me and said what does that have to do with you... and when I said she was my mom and birthed me he said that has nothing to do with you. And then, I requested to get referred to a physical therapist, he referred me to a children's doctor. Only problem is I'm not a child.

This doctor needs to retire. He ignored the main reason I'm seeking treatment, spending my entire dime's worth of time on telling me I need to lose weight (which I do, in great part because of the central issue he chose to ignore.) It was clear he has no patience with anything he cannot see or measure with lab work.Not to mention I'm 50+ and he did not ask about, recommend or even mention a colonoscopy-- what sort of GP doctor doesn't even ask about that of someone in my age group?On top of that, his mannerisms are condescending at best, and he's the only doc in the office who refuses to use computers--it was painful watching him shuffle through my papers for several minutes, never making sense of anything his office colleagues had assembled, much less of what my my other (specialist) doctor had sent over, even making a snide comment about the work done by the other doctor, basically calling the other doctor's methods into question without really ever helping me at all.Screw this place. STAY AWAY.

38 years ago, Dr. Naples delivered me! He was my doctor for many, many years and I have yet to find another a doctor like him. Caring, compassionate and very straight forward, which is such a lost art. His bedside manner is and has always been top notch. I wish that I lived closer so that he could remain mine and my childrens Dr.

I am giving one star because there is no option for zero. After being a dedicated patient, we were treated very unfairly. I am unsure if my name was different than Mohammed or Ahmed, would I have had first class treatment. Very non professional and unorganized staff.
