SCAM ALERT!!! I ordered two bracelets BOTH of which were mislabeled making them virtually useless. Luckily I took a screenshot of my order prior to purchasing which I have sent copies of to their customer service twice. Both occasions the operator seems to be very concerned and apologetic, and will send this to a supervisor and will get back with you But nothing, zero communication nor effort to make right their mistake. THEY DO LITTLE MORE THAN SCAM MONEY FROM PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS SERVICE! THEIR ENGRAVER IS INCOMPETENT AND THEY MAKE NO EFFORT TO MAKE RIGHT THEIR MISTAKE! DO NOT ORDER FROM OR PAY FOR THIS SERVICE, ITS A SCAM!!!

My name is Chatauna Robinson. Let me tell you of my journey with these people. First, I called for help to get Medic alert necklace because of my condition. I got help from the representative to help me with filing online. I asked her will it cost me extra and she said no. So I proceeded. One year later they come to my bank account and took $49.99 out of my bank account, which I am on a fixed income and could not afford it, and then that is when I learned that when you put in on line it is an automatic take out and they do it every year. I told them what I was told, and quickly cancelled my subscription. I asked for my money back, this was February 28, 2024. It is now April 2, 2024 and I have not received my money. They keep telling me that they have so many refunds that they are behind. I talked with someone on last week who told me she would put a rush on it. Then I talked with someone today she told me that they even called in extra people to work on refunds. NEVER EVER will I EVER order anything from these people again. I am a senior citizen and I need my money. If I could give NO STARS and post I would.

Medic Alert is the worse company to ever get a bracelet/necklace etc. from they are no help when you need them. They are very rude its ridiculous! I had placed an order for my 7 year old.. they got the order wrong so I sent it back for them to make it right, they never made it right and on top of that they told me I couldnt get my refund what kind of place is this? who runs this company I asked to speak with a manager/supervisor they said no and hung up on me twice. I spoke to Barbara, Cecilia & Maria & they were no help at all. I never received my sons bracelet nor my money back. This company is a joke!!!
