        The customer service is very bad. they overcharge I recommend do not go to any Kadam jeweler they never open on time that dont call business. They always make people wait.

        Disgusting cheap place!!! I bought in 10,000 dollars gold and he gave me the gold in plastic bags!!! Like the garbage bags!!! So cheap to give you gold bags like all other places! After choosing all the golds he rejected to let me pay with my credit or even debit card!!! Again sooo cheap to avoid any visa fees! He embarrassed me infront of my fiancee and rejected even take the money with Zelle!! Made me drive all around California to get cash from different banks and come back just because he is cheap! I just came back because my fiancee was sooo embarrassed and uncomfortable because of this place !!!!! Guys dont come to this place believe me, you deserve better than this guy!
