Willis jewelers just earned a loyal customer . Went in to replace my necklaces clasp, and after inspection he seen the clasp was just malfunctioning so we didn't need to replace the clasp only repair it , which didn't take more than 10 minutes . Thanks to Willis jewelers , I saved about $100 and 2 weeks of waiting as that's what I was quoted at many different places. Thank you once again !

I recently visited Willis Jewelers for a watch band adjustment and I was impressed with the level of service I received. The owner was friendly and knowledgeable, and made the process of having links removed from my two bands a smooth one. It was also a pleasant surprise to see a cute little dog in the store. If you're in need of jewelry repair or adjustment, I would recommend Willis Jewelers for their efficient and professional service.
