I have to keep calling to ask for refills on Meds, just to be told they'll be filled by the end of the day. Not! 4 days later still waiting who's Not doing their job?

Horrible office to deal with! I have been calling and asking for an appointment for over a month and NO ONE ever calls be back. The receptionist just tells you that she will have the doctor call back within 24 hours and it never happens. Impossible to get a hold of them. Most of the time when you call, their answering service answers.Avoid this office and go somewhere that offers you decent customer service!

Had such a great experience! I went in for a consultation with Dr. Panossian and she was very kind and caring. Due to the pandemic I was very nervous to enter a medical center, however the office manager, Christine, made me feel extremely comfortable and had great bedside manners. Highly recommend and easy parking!

I do not know where to begin. Trying to see this Dr. Avanessian has been impossible this year. As an essential worker myself, it's been even more impossible. Example 1: Needed testing done as my family members had the H.Pylori infection early March. It was advised that I get the test too. I called the office, and because of the pandemic, they told me to wait it out, and to call back in May when they thought they'd be open. MAY. Phones still work, but fine. Example 2: Early October, after living through months of pandemic craziness, I figure its time to see the doctor, and tell her about my IBS, maybe get a referral to a GI Doctor. I call for an appointment, and I'm given an appointment for November 19th. OK..Almost 2 months away. Fine. I can suck up and wait. Example 3: I call this office during the last week of October, because I developed a severe pain in my tailbone, nausea, fever, and a huge bump on my tailbone. I ask if I can be seen, and I'm reminded I have an appointment on November 19th. Ok....but I'm dying in pain..help me? Nothing you can do?Example 4: I end up going to the ER, and was diagnosed with a pilonidal cyst. I was given antibiotics, and told to contact my primary care physician and be seen within the next 3 days to have the cyst drained. I call this office and tell them the situation, in tears, and the girl tells me they have no room, but will try to get me an appointment sooner in one week. The doc said 3 days..but fine... No one called me back in a week. So of course, after suffering this long, I call back and once more I'm told they have no openings....and that I have an appointment on November 19th. After some begging, the girl asked if I could bring in my insurance card, and emergency room docs, and my ID. I asked if I could email these to her and she says no, you can fax. Fax? Which household still has an operating fax? So since I'm dying in pain, my poor mom had to drive over during this pandemic and drop off my paperwork, in the hope they'd have an appointment for me sooner. Example 5: A few days later, after not being called, I call the office again. A different girl picks up, telling me I have an appointment on November 19th. Yes, I know, I need something sooner PLEASE!!!!!!! I had to re-explain the entire health situation to her...."Sorry, no availability. "Example 6: By November 17th, my cyst got better on its own , and I figured, well, almost apptment time, I should still tell the doc my situation. 2 days prior to the appointment, I contact the office to confirm my appt time of 10am, Nov 19th. The girl tells me no, its at 1pm. The doc will call you. OK WHAT? It was at 10am. I had it calendared. It was also in person. Now its phone? UGH! Fine. Example 7: The next day, Nov. 18, I get a text from the office as an apptment reminder for my appointment at 10am... Wait what? So it was 10am?? I didn't feel like calling the office to question this, and just figured I'd answer either way. Example 8: Nov 19th comes around. No call at 10am. No call at 1pm. I receive a call at 1:30pm (I'm at work and missed it). I called back within 5 seconds, and the office had no idea who called me. What???? What do you mean you dont know? My phone rings at 2:30 pm, and it's the doctor herself. FINALLY!!!!! The problem here is, I'm an essential worker. I have a job. Now its 2:30 and I can't speak. Conversation ends there. Example 9: My cyst came back & now its December. I called the office again, and was given a date of January 4. Really? All I want is a REFERRAL!!!!!!! Sorry for the novel. If you read this far, please just avoid this office. Just find a different office. Do yourself that favor. 2020 is stressful enough. I don't even have the words for the incompetence of the staff here. I'm not sure I can offer any blame on the Doc herself here.
