Went here for my son's senior photos. The session was really fast, which threw me off a bit but to my surprise when we came to view the photos they captured some really great shots .

The staff were really warm and friendly. Very accommodating and patient...for the photo shoot. However, trying to purchase pictures has become a nightmare. I originally rated this company 5stars, however, it has been 4 months and I still don't have any prints and they have stopped all communication with me all because I refused to pay $1,100 for photos. I asked for a price per prints from 20x30 to 5x7 so I would know what I'm paying for and retain the freedom to choose which sizes I wanted. I was told that "I am not paying for the print, that I was paying for her years of experience" and I could either pay $1,100 or $800.00 for my pictures. I was never given a price breakdown and when I asked for just 4 different poses they stopped replying to my emails. That was over 2 weeks ago and multiple requests. This business deal went from working with Snow White to battling the Evil Queen. My husband has decide to have the family take pictures someplace else...however COVID-19 is making that a little challenging. I saw other photos in the studio that were really nice, it is just not worth the hassle. Choose a different photo studio. There are plenty others.
