DO NOT SCHEDULE ANY APPOINTMENTS WITH DR HARPREET. He has no courtesy towards his patients. He made me wait for more than 30 minutes and when it's my turn, he hardly spent 5 minutes listening to my issues and was in a rush to send me away. IF YOU REALLY WANT SOME GOOD HEALTH CARE then do not visit Tracy Medical Group.

I wouldn't recommend visiting Dr Harpreet S Grewel.He is least interested to find out patient's concerns and he has this habit of messing up the billing codes and send incorrect bills to patients. After my annual blood work, I was sent a bill of 600 dollars even though my insurance covers such visits. I had to talk to several people including Receptionist, Tracy Medical Billing Department, Lab Billing Department, my insurance provider to fix the issue. Overall I made more than 30 calls, sent more than 20 emails over than span of 4 months just to get the incorrect bill removed. Getting the test results was another battle. They took months just to provide me the blood work results. Dr Harpreet didn't care to explain what those results mean. After a lot of research I was able to make sense of the report by myself.

I wouldn't suggest Tracy Medical Group to anyone. I gave my annual blood work here and they took more than 2 weeks to give the test results. I had to follow up 5 times to get my results.
