Quest Diagnostics - Closed

Rude staff, and just about every time Ive been there they damage a vein leaving me bruised. When i went to get blood drawn for a yearly blood test, they did not report 1 of the 2 tests I had gotten to my doctor, even though they drew blood for it. When I had my doctors office ask them for it, they said they never took a sample / didnt have it Completely unprofessional.

Refused two days in a row. Told I needed an appointment the first day and theyre open tomorrow. The next day sorry you need an appointment. I guess standing around talking takes a lot of time out of their day.

While at the blood draw service was meh...nothing particularly good or bad. But I was highly displeased when I found out that they only completed 4 out of the 15 tests my doctor ordered. My doctor's office was flabbergasted about how they could make such a significant omission when everything was submitted electronically!

I have been coming to this specific location instead of the 11th street location for years. The staff had always been very pleasant, kind and great at what they do. Today however the woman who greeted me was very unpleasant and rude. She acted irritated as soon as I entered and mentioned it would not let me check in. Thankfully another kinder lady was present and she said I could still sign in even though I was early. The other woman then acted like I was bothering her by trying to understand why my labs where not in/old ones Ive already done are mentioned. She was very short and needs to work on her patience as I do not work there and cannot see what they see on the screen. The other lady had to come up and explain to me. It was a pretty simple explanation. I dont think she should be greeting people if she isnt willing to actually answer questions and be polite. I will make sure I find a new Quest location to visit.Thank you to the kind women who tried to make up for her rude coworker.
