The lady named sakira needs to change her attitude she is so rude!!! after waiting an hour, she told us that they do not attend walk-ins yelling at us.

The worst service i ever seen. I feel discriminated going there. Me and my mom got yell by one of the employees. Very rude and mean. My mom is disabled and now she scared to go there.

You will not be able to get your blood test results without a doctors help. The entire process is being digital. No human to talk to. Any glitch in the computer system hinders any actions to be made. Lets start by making an appointment via phone. It took us 35 minutes to get an appointment via phone. The voice recognition is useless. Once the machine doesnt understand your name or the time your are requesting. The system will kick you out. It was a nightmare to make an appointment via the phone. To go in person the staff are rude and you still you will need to use their computer monitors on the wall there is no human being to make an appointment with. A person will be standing there to instruct you if needed (hall monitor) very rude people. The only positive thing was the person who drew my blood in room #10. She was very nice and friendly. Bathroom have no trash (I understand the drug testing dilemma) but its unhygienic for us customers to be holding our used wipes etc & go look for trash. The toilets flush everything back out. Worst & most important problem is that you will never be able to access your lab results. So what is the point of using their services. Signing up for the app is easy. In order to access lab results you need to verify your identity via a third-party inside the app. And they sell your information unless you opt out. This is when the problem turns into an endless night mare. First they ask for the last 4 digits of social Security number which is fine. Then you will need to respond to a multiple-choice question that starts with which year is closest to year you were born. Whatever choice you pick is always wrong. Options are 1940, 1990, 1994, 2000, 2002 or non of the above. You have two & half minutes to answer. No answer is the correct answer, no matter what you choice was. You will fail & nothing further can be done. At one time my answer was correct which was the same answer I already provided maybe 10 times. The next question they give you random names and ask you which name did you know. Of course I have never heard of these people before. Again you fail your attempt. I tried to access this faulty outdated process and failed. Now they took my money they took my blood and I cannot access my results because I paid out-of-pocket. Only a doctor or medical facility will be able to get my results for me. This did happen in the past, the same problem but I had the test paid via insurance & my doctor request. I still wasnt able to access my record via the app but my doctor got them for me. There is no person to talk to, no customer service, no human being to communicate with whatsoever. I did send an email which was another frustrating experience. They would not let my email go through because they said there was a wrong character in my email. The entire process is a nightmare I advise to go to another lab. Do not use quest diagnostics they are one of the worst companies in the world. If anyone have any advice please tell me how can I access my lab results. Thank you. I hope my review does help another person not go through what Im going through.
