Every time I come here I receive the absolute worst service. This place seriously needs new management or new staff. The kitchen is always “backed up” even if the place is empty. Tonight our server didn’t check on us once and we were his only table. He just kept going to the back and talking with his coworkers. It took him 25 minutes to get a BOTTLED beer. We received our order after every other person who came in because he was busy chatting. When he brought our order it wasn’t incorrect but I was so irritated at how long it took at this point I didn’t even want to complain because it probably would’ve taken another hour to get a new order. When I complained about it finally the manager came over with the most condescending tone of voice. She acted like I was trying to get a free meal even though you could see the plate of food on the table that I did not eat. At this point I was so irritated I paid for the whole meal THAT I DID NOT EAT just so I could get out of there. So annoying. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else.
