He was the photographer who took my graduation portraits. He was rude, he told me my prints would be ready in two weeks but it took him over a month to get them ready, and when my pictures were ready his name was on every one of them in big letters in a part of the picture that can't be covered by a frame. I would never recommend him.

I would hesitate to believe any positive reviews for this photographer as there is speculation that he creates these reviews. Unfortunately a bad experience for our WEDDING DAY. We didn't appreciate the lack of professionalism and the fact that he's the only photographer we know of in the business that doesn't give your originals (forcing you to purchase from him). But the overall quality, or lack thereof, was quite disappointing for our wedding. He was not experienced in this area and this resulted in awful photos, poorly timed and poorply posed shots and shots that were completely random that would never be considered professional. My aunt, a non professional, got the greatest shots from our special day. Which was disappointing considering we paid him and we can't recreate this day. Also, the turnaround time for products leaves something to be desired. Other professionals (having just one employee) have quicker turnaround and better quality.

A PHOTOGRAPHER THAT CARES ABOUT PEOPLE “Erik Soto is a photographer but more importantly he is one of the most compassionate and caring people I have ever met” says Director of Dare to Care for the Homeless Jose Rodriguez. Mr. Soto has been described as a superhero with a camera and a hound. He is often accompanied by his volunteer service dog Morgan at different charity events. His camera is merely an instrument of the heart because he communicates his caring nature with every picture he takes. While volunteering at a woman’s shelter in Long Beach California as a photographer he saw that help was needed cooking food and offered to lend a hand. Mr. Soto went with the intention to take really good pictures and tell a story with his photos. By the end of the night he did not take a single shot but he cooked chicken fettuccine Alfredo for over 40 woman at the shelter. This is just one example of the good character photographer Erik Soto displays on a regular basis. Erik Soto also helps the small business community of Torrance and Lomita by volunteering his service at no cost. Mr. Soto believes local small businesses are the lifeblood of the community and supporting them is crucial to the well being of the community. He is currently board member of Dare to Care for the Homeless. He and his service dog also support the American Cancer Society. As a professional photographer, you can count on Erik Soto for his honesty, integrity, and expertise in all aspects of photography.
