United Medical Imaging of Torrance

I got there for my appointment early, but they called me up to say my appt was last week. Uh no. I always restate appt date and time before I hang up. Plus I had a big meeting at that time, so I know I wouldn't have scheduled an appt that day. The nice thing was that they were able to take me. When I called to see if my scans were sent, they indicated they had been sent. Just waiting to hear from my doc now.

Dont expect any professionalism. I blame social media and our football game style of politics in America. We treat one another like diseases

This office has terrible scheduling. Waited 45 minutes after our appointment for the doctor to show up at the location. They have no problem letting you wait around for them. Avoid this office if at all possible.

Came in for ultrasounds and had Amay Cervantes as my tech. Not only did she have a calm, pleasant demeanor but explained everything to me even though Ive done it before. During scary times we need practitioners who are comforting and polite. I appreciate her and what she does. Thank you
