This place doesn't even deserve one star. HORRIBLE place to come to got jewelry unless you want to get robbed. This place sells VERY low quality diamonds not even worth 1/4 of the price they sell it for. I don't recommend this place at all, the owners are horrible at communication and customer service. Like I said if you want to get robbed for your money go ahead and do so. 0 stars for me!

10 out of 10 must recommend. I got a ring sized from an 8 to a 6 and you cant even tell! The detail work is flawless and the ring looks way better than when I turned it in. Roberto is amazing and grateful he was able to do it in 1 day at a reasonable price. Small mom and pop shop that deserves more love.

buyer beware!!! i purchased an engagement ring directly from the owner he stated the diamond was 2 karats ss2 h color i requested a gemological report and he said that he would give me one in a couple of days , i took the diamond back for sizing when we picked up the diamond it seemed as if it was a different diamond , we took it to a certified diamond dealer and this was a treated diamond wich later turned black . i had the certified diamond dealer talk directly with roberto and told him that this was indeed a different diamond and not to what he had stated originally he admitted that there had been a switch of diamonds by mistake and that he would refund us the money. bottom line its been months and he hasnt refund it the $8400 i spent on the ring he says hes ill and doesnt have the moneis, i am now in the process of taking all the necessary legal action against this owner and store , just dont want anyone else to go through what im experiencing!!

HORRIBLE!!!!! BEWARE!!!!! My boyfriend bought my engagement ring here & we've basically have been robbed!!! We took original ring back for adjustments & immediately noticed a difference in Diamond after picking up which we brought it to his attention immediately, he claims it must've been switched during adjustments WTF which is even worse! He said to bring back to replace Diamond so we did.. We took ring to a different diamond jeweler & he looked at ring & said this is a horrible Diamond quality not worth a fraction of what we paid he also notices that ring has a chip in it! So now I have an ugly feeling/experience to all this and don't want to look at my ring & remember all this I told my boyfriend I want a new ring from a different place & just ask Roberto for your money back, he agreed to give our money back it's been 3months & still haven't gotten our money back after he promised he would!! He doesn't sell diamonds with natural Diamond report! I've attached original pic of ring & attaching what it looked like after picking up 2nd time. What is suppose to be a special moment for us has turned into a nightmare!!!!
