One of the best service providers I’ve had the opportunity to hire. Sam, the owner, is a true professional — on time, highly qualified and reasonably priced. He took care of my twisted and broken garage door rail, cable and hinges. He fixed the issues, replaced parts and adjusted the springs. I’m extremely happy with Sam and American Star!

After a record downpour, my garage door got wet and super heavy. So on the New Year’s eve on the way out, I found my car stuck in the garage. Luckily I found my way around and was able to wait until the following Monday. At 9 am I called the first company I found on Google that seemed decent and in the area. Sam, the owner, picked up. He was friendly and professional and offered to come to look at the door by 11 am. He was on time. The garage door opener needed adjustment. It was done within 20 minutes. To prevent future garage door problems, he offered to change rubber seal on the door and glue additional rubber to the garage floor (see picture). All of these suggestions seemed reasonable. Sam came back the following day and did all the work while I was away. We were able to agree to a price that seemed reasonable to both of us. I recommend this company and would do business again.
