Dr Matsunaga is the BEST urologist EVER! He is very caring and compassionate. He listens and actually cares about his patients. Hard to find these qualities in a dr but its true he has those characteristics. He's a blessing to his patients. I live in Irvine and drive to Torrance because he is that good. The drive and traffic is well worth it. I just got a excisional biopsy from Dr Matsunaga in his office where he did it himself. My insurance would not cover going to the surgery center and so he did it for me in his office location. I am a hypochondriac so most drs would get annoyed or brush me off but not Dr Matsunaga. He squeezed me in less than a week from when I saw him as he knew my concern. Everything he said he was going to do he explained it very well and followed through. I felt at ease. He was quick and such a Pro. I can't thank him enough. Thank you Dr Matsunaga so much!

I called 3 days in advance no call back for prescription refill then called day before they told me to just come any time or tomorrow so I drove 1 hour because too much traffic from norwalk then I showed up and then the person in front desk tells me that her manager was the one to dispense the medication but she would come till 11 am and is 9:50 am and im going to be late for work plus the time I have to drive back this is very upset situation they have no respect for people time.

I have been seeing Shelby Morrisroe at South Bay Urology for the past year and she has been amazing. She has helped me tremendously. I would never go to anyone else at this point. She is so knowledgeable and professional and always put you at ease with your concerns.
