Sachi-sensei is a kind and good teacher, but he is a terrible receptionist. I had a cleaning appointment scheduled for a month in advance, but it was canceled the day before due to building construction. I even took time off from my busy job to do this cleaning. Moreover, the attitude of the staff who informed me the day before was terrible. This never happened when I used another dental office before. I will never use my next appointment again. The person in charge of cleaning when I went there before also looked exhausted. 4/2 Dr. Sachi is nice and kind, but the Receptionists show me bad attitude. This was not the case when I had used another dental office before. I will not use them again after my next appointment. The last time I went there, the person who was in charge of my cleaning also looked exhausted. So disappointed 4/5 updates: they could let me know as soon as possible they got the information of building closure. I just received their announcement by email today (4/5).
