We had a wonderful experience with James Price to install new windows at our house. They were prompt and professional and everyone including the contractor, installers, and office staff treated us very well and kindly. The windows themselves are high quality and modern and we are 100% satisfied with them. The after care is excellent as well and they are very responsive and helpful. From start to finish, everything was done in an efficient and punctual manner. We're so satisfied with their work that we plan on having them install a couple of new doors in the future. If you need new windows you should check out James Price. They are incredibly helpful and they just take care of everything beautifully. Lots of window and framing styles to choose from. Reasonably priced.

Regret using this company, their work was shoddy. I'm glad we only had them replace windows in part of the house because it makes me shudder to look at the mess they left. The windows they supplied were somewhat smaller than the ones being replaced so it needed loads of silicone goop to fill the gaps, and they left holes allowing the wind to whistle through, I had to finish the job myself. admittedly they were cheaper than some other companies and they had the style of window we wanted. I don't recommend using them unless you are prepared to finish the job yourself. Service: Installation
