Michellay helped me during my visit but had the worst attitude and was rude the whole time. All I wanted was my screen replaced. I let her know the T-Mobile location in del amo mall couldnt not find that I purchased warranty however, from what I was told, they had to look at the bill from when I first purchased everything. I let her know and she snapped that thats not how it works that it wouldnt show up. I proceeded to give her my number and name, for some reason she verified with my ID? Which was a first I genuinely dont mind showing it but this is my third time getting my screen replaced and I never got ID. This is the closest location to me however Ill make the trip out to del amo mall.

Happy to update my review at a later time but google states the business owner updated their owners 6 days ago and show this location is open Tuesdays at 10am. To my surprise the store was completely closed. Very disappointed when I need to buy my wife a new phone before her work trip.

Whitney is horrible, bad customer service. Has a attitude problem. I called the 800 number and the rep asked to speak to her. While he was speaking to her she was smirking and acting like the rep didn't know what he was speaking about. At the end she said she couldn't help me. I had to go to another T-mobile. My rep was super nice very helpful and knows what customer service is.

Don't waste your time to come here. Especially dealing with the lady who is working there. Me and my family just wanted to switch from prepaid to magenta plan. It took way too much unnecessary time. The lady behind the counter has no knowledge about the plan whatsoever and only "pretends" to know what she's doing. I'm not saying T'Mobile in particular is horrible, but the lady make this location really bad. She said false information to cover up what she really knows - nothing. She even offered up a higher price and we only managed to get her to say the correct one when we showed her the real prices on the website. Absolutely unacceptable...how does someone who works there not know what they're dealing with?? Plus, the lady acted like she not even cared and look down on customers. Overall, our service here has been absolutely disgusting. We had high hopes but they just ruined it. T-mobile at Del Amo mall had better service than this. They help us switched the plan and keep the same numbers in less than 15 minutes.
