Car accidents have to be the most terrible experience to go through. The uncertainty can be crippling, yet the experience tech’s and workers at Crash Champions make you feel protected. The van took a little longer than expected because parts had to be ordered. Was informed every step of the way and was called just before it was ready so gave me time to pick up just before closing time. Didn’t want to keep the rental another day. Car was returned washed and clean inside. Great job where it was damaged . Would definitely return to them
