I had a wonderful experience with MarisaQ photography. I am an actor and found her branding consultation so helpful. Marisa assembled my looks beautifully with wardrobe, light makeup, and backgrounds. You can immediately see, just by walking into her flawless space, how gifted she is at creating an image. I also appreciated the relaxing and fun vibe she created with music, tea, and snacks. She has a lovely personality, so the session was incredibly enjoyable. I particularly liked how many different looks she was able to create, and her ability to make my eyes really pop. Her backgrounds are complimentary and not too busy. My agent had asked me for some additional looks and loved the work Marisa did. I'm a happy customer and totally recommend MarisaQ!

I sent to my reps but haven't heard back yet. And frankly, f**k them anyway, the important thing is that I love them. :) You are a fantastic photographer, I loved everything from the planning session, to the shoot, to your follow up email with instructions. You are on top of it!! And you helped me be on top of it too!!"

Marisa doesn't just shoot headshots! She has a truly skilled eye at capturing dynamic moments and making you look your absolute best while doing it all. She has taken some beautiful, stylized photos of me in action working as a sommelier and at private events for my food & beverage company. Her technical photography abilities are amazing, but they don't outshine her generous heart and honest curiosity of all the little lovely things in life. All of that is apparent in the end result. And she'll always go above and beyond to get the best shot. That magical shot. Any time I need photos of events or of myself for press or websites, I always call her. I trust her implicitly to get an incredible photo and then make it a stunning and high-impact image.

Wow! I am really impressed with my new shots by Marisa Q Photography! I'm a marketing professional, and needed a shot for our company website. Marisa made the whole experience really comfortable, laid-back, and yet incredibly professional. From first email contact & a complimentary strategy call, to the execution of the actual shoot and delivering the final product, Marisa really impressed me with her attention to detail, skill, and professionalism. I would highly recommend her services - especially for those who might not be naturally comfortable in front of the camera, trust her - you're in good hands!
