Noehlie is amazing! She is the manager there and she is super helpful and has a great personality, I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me get my kid a new phone and transfer all the files. Would definitely recommend going to this store and make sure you ask for Noehlie.

Seems like this place is only open at certain hours...depending on odd factors. They take over a half hour to apply a screen protector to my phone...and go in the back of the store with my phone to put it on my phone instead of right in front of me. Shady

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT. My boyfriend and I went to this location right after he broke his phone while hiking. He was looking to replace his phone with a not too expensive option since it was an unplanned expense. We were helped by associate Lorena, who appears to be very nice at first. She tried to sell my boyfriend a screen protector and case for the new phone as well, however, he declined. She did not take no for an answer, and took off the case from the order, but she claimed that the screen protector would be "free." While still in the store, I checked my boyfriend's receipt and noticed a few things. FIRST, the screen protector was not free, she charged $26 for it, and claimed the supervisor adjusted the price of the phone to account for the difference. Which was false. SECOND, My boyfriend thought he was purchasing the Samsung Galaxy A02, that is what they had agreed on. After checking the receipt, and the new phone. Lorena had actually sold him the Samsung Galaxy A03 (a more expensive phone) without asking my boyfriend first if that was okay. After noticing these discrepancies on the receipt, I mentioned them to Lorena, who then nervously tried to shake it off and "breakdown" the charges. My boyfriend and I needed to be somewhere, so we just let it go and left. Please check your receipt to make sure you are not being up-sold and overcharged without your knowledge. It is very sad that Lorena feels she needs to rip people off essentially, instead of using respectable selling techniques to earn her commission.
