I took my 2 year old shoe shopping yesterday. After three stores and several tantrums, I was referred to Young Soles in the Oaks Mall. The store was not too big and not too small, clean, comfortable, and good lighting. The sales gal was professional, patient, and really great with kids! My daughter was a tough customer. She even threw a few shoes across the room. The sales gal was unflappable. Because of her we walked out with a smile and a great pair of shoes. They have a large selection of styles and really good prices. They also have a full length mirror on a mini-stage for the kids to admire their whole look--which sealed the deal for my little Spitfire. I'm actually going to go back today with my 5 year old.
