I had a rough experience at this store, which was still absolutely ridiculous and a complete pain in the you know what. However, their corporate reached out to me and finally refunded the $10 in 'authorization' fees their document printer had charged me and never returned itself. So I've updated my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.

Terrible customer service. 3 people waiting in line for copies. The only 3 people in the store. 4 people working. Only one person helping the actual customers. Others talking and not working.

My two favorite things about this store are the printing department and the clearance aisle for sale items. I've switched all the printing of my brochures and advertising materials to this store because the printing department people are so helpful and do such a stellar job. There is an older woman who knows everything there is to know about paper (great guidance!). There is also a younger woman with dyed hair (Angela) who is my go-to person for printing. She has done a great job every single time I've gone in. I HIGHLY recommend this store for printing needs, especially if you have last-minute brochures or flyers to print and can't take the time to order online.

Convenient and the employees have been super helpful in the past. Pretty standard supply shop. Close to my office so great in a crunch.
