Excellent customer service!! Came in to purchase new sliders for a walker. They helped to install them but showed me how they were too worn down to connect. They happened to have the same walker in stock, so when I bought that, they included the sliders for free! They couldn't have been more helpful!!!

I went to American medical supply to get a price so that I could ski. Nima was incredibly efficient and helpful. Sold me a wraparound, hinged knee brace. I just got back from skiing two days and deer Valley and the brace was absolutely perfect.!! Gave me the support I needed for a torn meniscus I had absolutely no pain skiing for two days straight. Thank you Nima.

Called in advance to purchase a set of crutches. Bought them and used them for all of about 30 minutes and realized they were just not going to work. They would not take them back or refund my money.

Stopping into this store for a new rubber tip for my cane changed my life. The pep talk I got from he non-judgmental & compassionate guy who was working there (the owner?) completely shifted my perspective and starting the next day I started to try again in general toward my overall healing & recovery instead of just staying in bed and giving up as I had been. He's not just in the business to make a profit he genuinely cares about customers issues and can help guide to products that will enhance their lives and away from items that won't help instead of just trying to tack on extra to make a sale. It's been about 6 weeks since my visit to the store and I'm doing better than I have in years. I got a long way to go but know I can do it finally. I appreciate the nudge that evening and recommend this store highly to anyone.
