I just had a REALLY feel-bad experience with their appointment and billing desks. It reminded me that while one of their doctors was nice, another said something absolutely horrific to me, and another never followed up on medical tests I had done. The overall experience of trying to call this office, access care or get assistance is just not...welcoming or demonstrative of having any care for their patients. Unfortunate I have to say, I am struggling for billing. Billing department is very tough to deal with. I am getting bill for annual physical visit. Per my insurance, its 100% covered and billing lady is unable to understand. My drs nurse has already put a detailed notes about my visit. Still didnt get updated bill and called more than twice. Apart from that billing dept. is charging 3.99% on my HSA card which is debit card. Since last 12 years of history, nobody charged extra on HSA card. Its so hassle and waste of my time. Definitely I wouldnt recommend due to billing department. Billing department is so sucks I cant explain.

I was the second person to arrive after 20 minutes the gentleman who is the first person and got upset and started asking what was taking so long. He said no one was even there when he arrived. At one point there 8 People waiting, and during that time a dark hair gentleman in blue scrubs went to get a woman, and he said we have a lot of people waiting she and did nothing I waited a total of 45 minutes to be seen When I got in, I ask the Tech to wear a mask. He told me that they didnt have any masks anywhere and he asked the other employees and they said no. As I was waiting, I noticed nobody cleaned anything. The woman sitting in one of the two chairs was coughing, none wiped anything off..before they brought the next person in I had just done Covid test in my doctors office!! If you have a choice, do not use the lab!!!
