I have seen several doctors at this facility. I've been a long time Medi cal patient. I was with Dr Ted garden for over 20 years switched to being very unhappy his service past 3 yrs felt he just didn't have time to really focus probably was over worked. I waited almost 3 yrs for a needed back surgery needed Dr to focus on me Dr Dana Howard is the best

Called to see how late the facility was open. I was told it was 6 PM. Advance I arrived at 5:35. No one was in the waiting room and not in the parking lot. I then ask if there was anyone available because the check and window was dark at that point someone turned on a light and said yes, I can help you. I let her know my grandchild symptoms met. And she said hold on, I'll see if we can see her. I ten minutes later she announces they will not be able to see her at capacity. She then ferred me to another facility. And gave me a list. When we went to the other facility, I did not have the proper paperwork to Show custody which they require. At that point We gave up because it would take too long to go home and come back. They would be closed. Had They've taken the time to see her We would not experience this. They have all the proper paperwork at that location. Is there? I'm very disappointed very upset and couldn't recommend anyone going at this point aWe would not experience this. They have all the proper paperwork at that location. Is there? Do not see Dr Ted Darren. He told me I dont any involvement TWICE. With something that is a deep concern with me medically. His eyes were glued to the computer screen. He is not personable. No empathy. Seemed careless and only there for a check. If you see this Doc, you should retire. This career doesnt make you happy anymore. Now youre humiliating yourself. Ive never written about a Dr this negatively before. Hope you take something from that. Also if you plan coming here, remember minimum youll be there is 1 hour and 30 min.

I made my appointment almost 2 months ago, they called me to confirm my appointment 2 hours before I arrived and they told me that it was cancelled, I called 1 week ago to cancel the appointment, when I never cancel, nothing is missing when I work for nothing and still the lady who She helped me at the window and was very rude to me. Now I have to wait 3 more months to be attended to. What a bad experience.
