I just had my first chiropracting appointment at Coastal Wellness with Dr. LaCasto. I am already a huge fan! They are so thorough (you even have a nurse talk with you before you see the doctor to go over everything) and so so nice. The people at the front desk are great and Dr. LaCasto made me feel so comfortable. They also offer massage. In fact, my friend got a massage from them last week and said they really helped him with his pain and tightness. I plan on using them for all of my massage/chiro needs here in SLO! I was nervous about finding a chiropractor here, because due to my hypermobility, it is really scary to go to someone who will be potentially "pop happy". Dr. LaCasto could not have been more different from my concerns. He was very gentle and I never felt like I was being jerked or manipulated in a harsh way. Highly recommend!
