Fish Frenzy

Wonderful store and the owner is very helpful and kind. Some people cant handle bluntness and take it as being rude. Nothing is farther from the truth.

I went into the store for some information in starting a saltwater tank. Was not greeted at all by any of the associates. After about 20 minutes of looking around someone finally cared about what we needed. I'm not into spending money somewhere where I'm not at least acknowledged. Not good customer service.

Owner was super rude. Apparently, he has two parking spots designated to his store. One was empty and I was unknowingly in the other one. He was super rude about it and made me re-park my car one spot over. I get it if his parking spots were full. Or even if the whole parking lot was full. Neither was the case. I didnt see the temporary sign, but he did not treat me kindly at all. It was a little ridiculous. Makes me worry about the customer service he would (or wouldnt) be providing. His true colors definitely showed through.

More than helpful with getting me set up on my reef tank. Everybody who works there is very knowledgeable and the customer service is excellent. I will be buying a lot of fish from them.
