I have always been impressed with their attitude and to make sure all of our damaged tiles on our roof are replaced. Also, their service fees are very reasonable.

This was the third roofer I called for a bid. When I tell you this guy has more integrity than any contractor you will ever findheres a couple examples of why. The first two roofers: (no mention whatsoever of permit requirements. It never even entered my head to ask). Robby Duin: So your roof requires a permit. You can pull it or I can. Me: isnt that overkill? Robby Duin: whether or not you believe a permit is overkill, or just a money grab by the building department, the fact is that its a legal requirement where you live, and if you fail to get one in order to save a little money, you will not be in compliance with the law. You could be fined. So thats your info to make your informed decision but I cant take responsibility for pulling a permit and then not get it. Point: If a contractor tells you a roof permit is unnecessary and is willing to cut that corner, what other corners might be cut that he doesnt tell you about? Think about that when you get a roofer telling you that you can save money by not getting a permit. What else is he compromising on? You want someone who acts with integrity in ALL things, including complying with permit requirements. The first two roofers: your skylight is fine! We can keep it in place and reuse it, no problemo! Well just seal around it! Robby Duin: So this skylight is the wrong type for your roof which is why it leaks. I could fix it but because its incorrect it will eventually leak again. This type of skylight should only be used on flat roofs and yours of course is pitched. Also heres a bunch of pics I just took of your cracked 30 year old skylight that is actually broken so I dont know why someone else told you they could reuse it I do not have enough good things to say about this man.

I first did business with A Duin-it Roofing in 2016. I am a single woman who had just moved into a home in Temecula in November of 2016. The previous seller failed to tell me a tree fell on the roof. He tried to patch it himself without success. I also had the house inspected before purchase and the inspector failed to advise of the roof damage which was an obvious issue. Temecula had a very wet season that year and my roof developed a very large leak. No roofers could be found during that time. It hadn't rained in Temecula for several years. I called A Duin-it for help. He was also unavailable at that time. He was kind enough to tell me what to do until he could come out. He advised he would call me in a few weeks and he did. He also referred me to legal help. I was so grateful. He saved me from some very costly repairs. I have since used A Duin-it Roofing for roof inspections and roof maintenance. They are honest and trustworthy. I love their work and ethics. They do other contract work as well. I recommend them completely. Service: Roof damage repair
